PLACEHOLDER TERMS OF SERVICE This is a placeholder document for the CyberPentestAI study tool. The binding Terms of Service will be supplied prior to public launch. 1. Eligibility. The service is provided worldwide, subject to applicable law, to individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. 2. Educational Use. The service is an educational study tool for cybersecurity students. It is not a professional penetration-testing service. The user shall not use the service against any system that the user does not own or is not expressly authorized to test. 3. Acceptable Use. The user shall not use the service in any unlawful manner or in violation of any applicable law or regulation. 4. Subscription. The service is offered on monthly or annual subscription terms following a three-day free trial. Billing is handled by a third-party payment processor. Applicable taxes are calculated by the payment processor and added to the displayed price at checkout. 5. Cancellation and Refunds. The user may cancel a subscription at any time through the account management screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and the user retains access until that period ends. No prorated or partial refunds are issued except where required by applicable law. 6. Changes. The service operator may revise these terms by publishing an updated version. Continued use after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
